In order to counsel and assist various cultural talents or organizations, the Cultural Bureau of Taipei City Government has listed a number of counseling programs and subsidies.

Individuals are registered in this city and must be at least 20 years old. The group must be a legal person or an unincorporated group registered in this city.

Entrust external agencies to perform project research or design, channel deployment, market research, marketing and publicity related public relations activities, outsourcing execution or legal, accounting and other professional consulting services, etc., and the entrusted object must not be an individual.

Foreign countries that set up a branch in Taiwan and are located in Taipei City can apply for research and development subsidies, brand subsidies, innovation and cultivation subsidies, and incentive subsidies.

After the award subsidy is not approved, 50% of the total subsidy is allocated, and the remaining 50% must be collected after the completion of the project with the invoice or the expense certificate after verification. The incentive subsidy is for the applicant to hold a voucher to apply for payment in September and October each year.

The only requirement for applying for the SITI is that the company must be registered in Taipei City.
