Since its establishment, Innovation to Industry Co., Ltd. (i2i) has actively supported the policies of the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs (SMEA), playing the role of a think tank for entrepreneurship incubation. The company is dedicated to fostering innovative SMEs, connecting domestic and international resource networks, and expanding market opportunities—efforts that have been widely recognized and affirmed by various sectors.

The current organizational structure of i2i comprises three main departments: the Incubation Business Department, Incubation Services Department, and Project Services Department. The company has 15 full-time employees with an average tenure of 10 years. In addition to the original team from the Institute for Information Industry (III), i2i has recruited experienced professionals with a strong foundation in startup incubation. With this solid team and deep expertise, i2i is well-positioned to fulfill its mission and continue its commitment to supporting startups with passion and professionalism.
